Joseph Allen Crews passed away on June 10, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on August 6, 1938, Joseph dedicated his life to service, both in the military and in his community.
Joseph Allen Crews proudly served in the United States Navy from 1955 to 1975 achieving the rank of Cryptologic Technician Chief Petty Officer. His military career took him to various parts of the world. His commitment to his country was unwavering, and he was a source of inspiration to all who knew him.
Following his distinguished military service, Joseph continued to serve his community as an Insurance Salesman where he worked for 20 years and retired to spend time fishing.
A visitation and funeral service to honor Joseph's life and service will be held at 10:30 am on June 18, 2024, at Oaklawn Funeral Home, 619 N New Warrington Road Pensacola, Florida 32506. Military honors will be rendered at the graveside at Barrancas National Cemetery located at 1 Cemetery Rd Pensacola, FL 32508.
