John F. Warren

1921 - 2011

John Warren Sr. – born in Waterflow, New Mexico, 1921 – died in Pensacola, FL March 27th, 2011 at the age of 89. Preceded in death by parents Loretta and Edgar Warren and his 10 siblings. He is survived by wife Regina, 6 children: Thelma (husband Mike), Duane (wife Monica), Ed (wife Trish), Rose (husband John), John Jr. (wife Tina), Belinda (husband Bobby); 11 grandchildren and 3 great grand sons. Also survived by his Brother Walt’s wife Velma Warren, also 89 years old.

John served in WWII in the European Theater.

He was an Honorable life member of 3rd and 4th degree Knights of Columbus, at Holy Trinity Catholic Counsel and one of his glories of life was to standing honor guard for Pope Paul II in San Antonio, TX.

He was a member of Holy Trinity Parish in San Antonio, TX.

I lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant Hospice, Joyce Goldenberg Hospice Inpatient Residence at 10075 Hillview Road, Pensacola, FL 32514

Visitation and rosary will be held at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel, 3351 Scenic Highway, Pensacola, FL from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday, March 30, 2011.

Celebration of Life Mass, will be held at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 1212 E Moreno, Pensacola , FL at 10:00AM Thursday March 31st, 2011, with the burial directly after.

BAYVIEW FISHER-POU CHAPEL, 3351 Scenic Highway is in charge of arrangements.
