Joe Aman Sr.

Joseph Edgar Aman Sr. was born February 14, 1938 in Dothan, Alabama to Mabel and Kermit Aman. He was raised on a farm along with his sister Elizabeth (Liz). Joe graduated from Dale county High School in 1956. Joe also served in the National Guard from 1955-1963. On December 18,1957, Joe married the love of his life Anna, they were married for 48 years until she passed away in 2004.

Joe worked as a Superintendent of a Asphalt Plant until retirement in 2004. He loved Bass and Brim fishing and reading westerns and the Bible. Joe and Anna had three children Cindajo (Cinda) Aman Whitfield husband (Wally) Joseph Edgar Aman Jr (Sonny) & Charles Paul Aman (Chuck)and wife Pam. He had seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Niece and nephew and one great nephew along with one great niece. Joe loved the Lord and was blessed with many friends.

A Funeral Service for Joe will be held Monday, March 6, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home, 1985 West Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32534, followed by a Committal Prayer Service from 12:00 PM to 12:20 PM.
