Joan V Pearson

Joan retired from accounting at UWF's comptroller's office and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagle's and Amvets.

Joan is preceded in death by her loving parents; her husband Sam Pearson; and a brother Drew VanLandingham. She is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Fred) Haushalter and Susan (Alan) McDaniel; brother Charley (Bonnie) VanLandingham; grandchildren, Ryan Haushalter, Lauren Haushalter, Lindsay Martin, Kelly McDaniel, Cara McDaniel, and Jacob McDaniel; and 4 great-grandchildren.

A visitation & reception for Joan will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 New Warrington Road, Pensacola, FL 32506. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 10:00 am to 10:30 am followed by the graveside service at Barrancas National Cemetery at 11:00 am.

Serving as pallbearers are Alan McDaniel , Jacob McDaniel , Fred Haushalter and Lynn VanLandingham.
