Mr. Williams was born September 29, 1935 in Laurel, Mississippi to M. V. Williams and Ola Herrington Williams.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne Williams; sons, Tony Williams and Delano A. Bardin; great grandson, Kaleb M. Mitchell; mother, father and three brothers.
Survivors include daughter, Sonya Mitchell and husband Daniel Mitchell, Sr.; grandsons, Daniel Mitchell, Jr. and Jim Mitchell; great grandchildren, Kayla Mitchell, Jim “Man Man” Mitchell, Nevaeh Mitchell, Tinleigh Mitchell and Brooklynn Mitchell.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Glodfelter and Rev. Thadis Riley officiating.
Interment will follow at Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens.
Daniel Mitchell, Jr., Jim Mitchell, Jim “Man Man” Mitchell, Michael Chenault, Lucas Knight and Rilo Allen will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2015 at the funeral home.
