He is survived by his wife, Mary Wiggins; stepchildren, Stephen Powell and wife Brandi, Jason Powell and wife Stephanie; granddaughter, Stephanie Powell; brother, George Wiggins; sisters, Anna Buffum and Leona Pahalek; and eight nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
