She was born on August 17, 1955 in Albertville, Alabama and preceded in death by her parents Lou Etta Graves , Buster McCollum and her younger sister Debbie Elaine Scott.
She is survived by her only living sibling Edward Larry McCollum and only daughter Tina (Alan) Macks. Her grandchildren Brittany Dunsford and Mercades Hidle (Tyler Olsen), great grandchildren A'darrion Bailey, Levi Olsen, Hayzel Richardson, and Beau Olsen.
Felica was the root of her small family, and a devoted Nascar fan who liked to take frequent pitstops at the casino. Felica had stubborn ways at times, even if her hip was broken, she was still going outside to work in her yard. But more than anything in the world she absolutely adored her great grandchildren." give that baby a pop-cycle!"
