Faye Marie Jernigan

July 6, 1937 - March 17, 2022

Mrs. Faye Jernigan, age 84 passed Thursday March 17, 2022 at her home in Pensacola.

Mrs. Jernigan was preceded in death by her parents Esko and Dorothy Dunn, husband Billy Jernigan, sister Edith Rollings, brother Charles Dunn and grandson Wade Jernigan.

Mrs. Jernigan was born in Evergreen, AL. and had been a life-long resident of Pensacola. Mrs. Jernigan was a wife, mother, and home maker for over 66 years.

She loved the outdoors and her gardening. She was a faithful Christian and a long- time member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

She is survived by, sons Ken Jernigan and wife Melissa, Greg Jernigan and wife Kim, Mark Jernigan and wife Karen, daughter Deborah Floyd and husband David. Sisters Delarce Ryals and Janice Stone. Six grandchildren, Randy Jernigan, Michael Jernigan, Alexander Floyd, Austin Floyd, Kathryn Jernigan and Rebeka Jernigan. One great grandson Hayden Jernigan.

Funeral services will be held at Eastern Gate Funeral Home at 1985 W 9 mile Road, Pensacola, FL. Visitation will be Friday March 25, 2022 from 10am – 11am. Service will begin at 11am.

Pallbearers: Michael Jernigan, Alexander Floyd, Austin Floyd, Hayden Jernigan, Terry Lucas and Gerald Burgess.

Faye will be laid to rest in Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens.
