Denise Ann Loyd, 48, passed away after a lengthy battle with lung cancer on Monday, February 10, 2014.

She was born in Pensacola, FL to loving parents, Eugene and Audrey Gill. She is predeceased by her father, Eugene Gill. She leaves behind her mother, Audrey Gill; sisters, Karen Miller (Jim), Sheila Hodges (Steve), Sandy Sapp, Corine Gideons (Sydney); and brother, Perry Gill. She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter, Rachel Mitchell (Christopher), and son Triston Loyd. She also leaves behind 2 granddaughters, Hannah and Hallie.

She leaves behind a ton of nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews, and a very special friend, Billy.

Denise worked in the accounting industry for several hotels. She will be sorely missed by every single life she touched.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 12:30pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with funeral services

to follow at 1:30pm. Burial will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Oak Lawn Funeral Home has been entrusted

with the privilege of arrangements.
