It was sad to see Cindy leave this earth.  She was a strong and energetic friend always had the right thing to say. She was  truly loved by many. She never met a stranger and it was a gift of how she intersected with guests at the hotel.  Cindy was a special gift

I am absolutely heartbroken to hear of your passing. You were a stranger that became family when I was stuck in Pensacola with Ian in NICU after Hurricane Michael. You are an amazing spirit and I KNOW where you are! Well done good and faithful servant! It's not goodbye, it's see you later. I write this with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart. She always treated me like family,but then again she did so with everyone.
I cant express how much I Iove that women.

I just learned of Cindi’s passing.  She was without a doubt one of the sweetest people I have known.  She was kind to everyone and always had a bright smile.   Prayers and hugs to Van and her family

Having read all of the wonderful thoughts and memories of Cindi, it's clear how much she was loved. We also miss her very much and feel she touched our lives in the same way. I am so sorry to hear of Cindi's passing. Cindi was my partner-in-crime for all things Homewood and we spent many a night laughing, strategizing and supporting each other. Cindi had such a huge heart and blessed us all by sharing her love with everyone she met. She made a tremendous impact on a lot of people and I am grateful to have known her.

Cindi and I were brought together by Homewood Suites. I had the honor of working with her for several years and I will sorely miss her spunk, inquisitiveness, curiosity and desire to help HER hotel be the best it could be. 

Aside from work, Cindi was a true light in the world. She always made a point to ask how you were REALLY doing, and that type of care and love was just her way. 

My sincere condolences go to the entire Hasty family as well as everyone who's life she impacted. My heart aches for you all. May her memory bring us all comfort as we mourn. 

The most genuine and welcoming lady. She looked after me well in my time spent in Pensacola back in 2017. I will really miss her lots.

I know I’m not the only one who can say this but if I didn’t learn from you, I would have never accomplished the goals I had. You were more than my GM, you believed in me before I believed in myself and taught me so much. 
Thank you for always believing in all of us, teaching us how to love hospitality, showing us courage, and being our counselor when we needed it. 
I  know you  are in a better place and with my mom who will love to hear your stories about the hotel life!

Aunt Cindi, I’m happy your no longer in pain but we will sure miss you more than you know. Hope you reunited with grandmother and granddaddy. ❤️ I’ll never forget job shadowing you at the hotel in middle school. You made me want to be in the hotel industry. All the family gatherings won’t be the same without but we will keep your spirit with us always and forever. Tears of joy and sadness just from missing you will be shed. But we gained you as an angel. I love you ❤️

You gave me an opportunity that I have never forgotten.  You where not just my General Manager, no..you became my friend, my confidant, my mentor and my Mother. You didn't mind, spanking my ass,loll. You where there for me so many times..the good, the bad and the ugly.

I miss you so much, not only were you mom, but you were my best friend.  Doing life without you will be a huge adjustment   but I promise to do my best making you proud ❤️

You were always there for me, and I am immensely proud of all that you achieved in your life--in your career, with your family and through the many ways you tried to help so many others. Cindi is one of those rare people that everyone wanted to be around.  She loved an adventure, was kind to everyone and smart as a whip!!
