Cecilia J. Kennedy

Born October 17, 1919, in St. Landry, Louisiana, Cecilia was a devoted wife to Wells Kennedy for 72 years prior to his death in 2011 and was a loving Mother to her children, Larry (who preceded her in death in 2006) and Toni.

She is survived by her daughter, Toni and son-in law, Dr. Bruce Perlman; grandsons; Jeff Baxter and wife Kristie, Michael Baxter and wife Heather, Stephen Kennedy and wife Farrah, Scott Kennedy, Marcus Perlman; great grandchildren; Parker and Audrey Baxter, Emmett and Nick Baxter, Wells and Graham Kennedy. We, her family, rejoice that she lives eternally with her saviour Jesus Christ.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Barrancas National Cemetery. The procession will depart from Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday.
