1941-2019
Barbara L. Beasley (Maw-Maw), 77, of Pensacola, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at home surrounded by her children. She was born in Bessemer, Alabama on November, 30, 1941.
Barbara was co-owner of Big B Carpet Cleaner and a homemaker. She was a member of Olive Baptist Church. She loved the spring time, being outside, reading and her two fur babies, Mama Cat and Harley.
Barbara was preceded in death by her father and mother, Louis and Myrtie Lenning, two infant twin brothers, Mike and Pat Lenning, her loving, devoted husband of 50 years, Joe T. Beasley, two brothers-in-law, James Patterson and Randall Patterson, and one sister-in-law, Betty Jean Callahan.
She is survived by one son, Joey Beasley of Pensacola, FLorida,
two daughters, Monica Dammann (Monty) of Spencer, Iowa, and
Stephanie Beasley-Plant (David) of Cantonment, Florida,
one very special granddaughter, Kaylie Goff (Devin) of Pensacola, Florida,
one beautiful, great-granddaughter, Maci Kate Goff, three grandchildren; Ceara Plant of Pace, Florida, Jesse (Gracie) Dammann of Iowa, Caitlin (David) Roush of Iowa, and 13 great-grandchildren all of Iowa, two sisters, Shirley (Bob) Cummins of Lake City, South Carolina, and Debbie (Richard) Hair of St. Helens, Oregon, two brothers-in-law, George Callahan of Mobile, Alabama, and Pat (Pam) Patterson of Jackson, Mississippi, and one sister-in-law, Patricia (Al) Evans of Mobile, Alabama and several special nieces and nephews.
She also left behind two special friends, Patty Hildreth and Melissa Klingman,
Visitation will be from 1-2pm, March 31, 2019 at Eastern Gate Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2pm in the Eastern Gate chapel followed by interment in Eastern Gate Memorial Gardens.
The pallbearers will be Mike Callahan, Greg Callahan, Matt Evans, Joey Beasley, David Plant, and Devin Goff.
Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
