Audrey June Shannon

Audrey June Shannon was born on 6/27/1937 and passed at 86 years of age on 10/4/2023. She preferred to be called by her middle name June. She is survived by her four children Richard (Ric) Shannon, Kelle Jo Bowers, Patrick Bryan Shannon, and Katheryn Cecelia Shannon.

June loved life and lived it on her terms. She made her own rules and was not scared to pave new directions. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, traveling, music, dancing, cocktails, a good story, and laughing at all she found humorous.

We will miss her dearly, but we are given peace by knowing that June has moved on to a better place where she can have a happy hour drink and dance for eternity with her husband Richard H. Shannon who passed over on 12/28/1997. They have waited a long time to be reunited.

We love and miss you! Till we meet again...

A graveside service for Audrey will be held Friday, November 17, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Barrancas National Cemetery, 1 Cemetery Road, Pensacola, FL 32508.
