I was driving over the bridge returning from Pensacola to Gulf Breeze and started thinking about you and found my self in disbelief again, realizing, you are no longer here. I get so freaked out like it's not true. It's so wierd like i always new the posibilities but didn't reaqlly believe it.

My family and everyone else at Escambia High school misses you very much. because you were very special to all of us. R.I.P. Anthony We love you.

I never knew Anthony on a personal level, but I knew he was a splendid sweetheart and loved all of his friends and family. After hearing the news just last night, I cried for 2 hours. This morning, I had to break the news to my brother, Ryan, who was a very good friend to Anthony. May he rest in peace, I wish the best to his family and friends,  and may he be forever in our memories.

It was so heartbreaking to hear of Anthony's death. He grew up across the street from me when he was about 3 years old. I hate it that I lost touch with him and his mom and dad so many years ago. 
I loved Anthony very much; "who" couldn't love him. He was always so happy. 
To my knowledge, he never gave Michael or Crystal any problems when it was time for his breathing treatments. 
I remember visiting him a few times when he was admitted to Sacred Heart Children's Hospital. He didn't care that he had an IV hooked up to him; he still managed to play and have fun at the hospital. 
I really thought that Anthony would grow up and not have to struggle with the Cystic Fibrosis all his life. Well, I guess I was right; he is not struggling at all now.
For a little boy that young to touch my heart in a very short time that I knew him..... Anthony will never be forgotten.

Anthony was such a bright person, so full of joy and wonder about the world.  His smile could light up a room and the toughest heart.  We were privileged to know you here at Bailey Middle.

My heart is heavy as I write this. I wasn't there as an Aunt should be, but know that I never forgot you, and I always have and always will love you with all my heart. I have many special memories of you and will always hold them close. I love you Anthony. While living in Texas, my children befriended Anthony through a game online four years ago. They all became good friends. My daughter, Mary, claims Anthony to be one of her truest friends. Even I started playing a "Draw Something" game on my phone with him. (Although he was not the greatest artist, I could still guess his work!)
To my Sweetiekins Anthony, 
Each time I greeted you good morning, I gave you a new pet name. I put much thought and love into those greetings. I will forever miss you and love you as one on my own.

I send my deepest heart felt condolances,
I want to say to each of you that I have been and will cotinue to lift each of you up in prayer through the coming days.
Anthony, you were a brillant, uplifting spirited young man, I have never met a young person as spiritual and most of all, one that TRULY LOVED THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART ,SOUL AND MIND!
My prayers are now that the short life you lived and that impacted so many people will result in a bountiful harvest of souls for Jesus.
I surely wish I could have saw the faces of you and Jesus upon first eye sight, WHAT A MOMENT THAT MUST HAVE BEEN!
And lastly Anthony, you are there with my son now where there is no more pain and suffering, I praise God for that! and you are walking on streets of gold, worshipping and serving the one who saved you , you and your life has truly been a living example of what a Christian should be!

I can't believe you are in heaven now but I know you are playing videos games with the best! As one of my first and favorite pediatric patients at SH I will never forget how you touch my life and made my job a lot of fun!!! So many great memories :-)

I was not granted  the pleasure of knowing Anthony personally, though I wish I were.Anthony was a friend to many, and was put on this earth to show us how to appreciate life. Anthony is an an angel now, watching over all of us. Anthony truly made a difference in many lives, and he will continue to do so, under the watchful eye of our lord. Rest in peace sweet boy! Anthony, we loved you sooooo much.  You were such an inspiration and role model not only for the teenagers and children but to adults too.  We all learned from you and hope we can mold ourselves like you.  I would love to have been watching when you arrived in heaven.  What a homecoming that must have been.  We will never forget you.

My Son and I met Anthony and his mother Crystal at Shandes Hospital ( my son also has CF and is a lung transplant 2006) We all became very close in a short time but they both were/are like family. Anthony is now in the Lords arm's we will miss him dearly. Love and Sympathy to his family.

We loved Anthony when he was on Hospital/Homebound after his transplant.  My condolences to his family. He was a wonderful person and is in excellent hands now with no pain.

Anthony was such a precious young man.  He was one of the first to greet me and welcome me to Escambia High School when I transferred there last year.  His infectious smile and gentle spirit will be missed by all,  but remembered fondly.  My heart goes out to his family; may he rest in peace in the arms of his Savior.

Yes I'm so glad that we are only passing through.

I loved coming into work to find that I would be taking take care of Anthony; he was a joy to be around, such a genuine and uplifting young man. I have so many memories with him and Papa that I will cherish as a nurse forever. We miss him terribly on 44Peds. Thinking and praying for you all.

I can hardly believe such a wonderful young man is gone. When I met Anthony he was only 11. I was impressed by his level of maturity and insight. I could spend hours talking with him and eating Laffy Taffy candy! He taught me a lot and he will forever be in my heart. I pray for peace and love to be with his family.
