Fay was born on November 10, 1939 in Chumuckla, Florida to the late Woodrow and Alice (White) Harris.
She attended Chumuckla High School, graduated from Tate High School in 1957 and attended Pensacola Junior College. She was Legal Secretary and Paralegal for 30+ years. While in her 60’s she became a Medical Assistant. She was a TIP volunteer in the Pensacola area and volunteered at her grandchild’s elementary school.
Fay was an avid reader. She enjoyed music, crafting, sewing, fishing, geology, paleontology, archeology. She dearly loved spending time with her family.
Fay is survived by her daughters, Wanda Coggin-Brogna (Luigi) and Kira Lee; grandchildren Justin Lee and Jasmine Lee; sisters Dinna Fowler and Judy Hylton (Jim); two great grandchildren, Joe and Kenya.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Brian Anthony Bartkiewicz.
