Bob graduated from East High School in Corning in 1981 where he was on the winning Chem Bowl during his Senior Year. He continued high school friendships by taking part in reunions, and assisting in the Chem Bowl competitions. He attended Corning Community College, Alfred Univeristy and Marist College.
Keuka Yacht Club was one of Bob’s favorite places where sailed his sunfish and encouraged others to sail. He served on the Race Committee for many years both at Keuka, and also at other Yacht Clubs. His love of computers and in particular his regatta scoring programs were unique. Also, you could always attempt “Othello” with Bob. Each year he arranged Othello tournaments, where he didn’t compete, but enjoyed watching others play.
