Regina is survived by her daughter, Amanda Browning; her son, Matthew Barnes; her grandchildren, Summer Forister, Autumn Barnes, David Bradley Barnes, Kimberlee Ortega Barnes, and Chloe Mary Ruth Barnes; her great grandchild, Jacelyn Forister; her sister, Tammy Miller; her brother, John Ellas; and her father, Roy Ellas

Regina was preceded in death by her husband, William Andey Barnes; her son, James Cooper; her mother, Betty Ellas; and her brother, Thomas Joe Johnson.
