Mae Marie Andrews

Marie enjoyed collecting antiques and glassware, shopping, yard sales, playing the lottery, dancing, working her booth at Mountain Top for almost 40 years, and spending time with family and friends.

Marie is survived by her husband; Phil Hazelwood, one daughter; Rita Moore (Ken), one son; Larry Andrews (Billie); four grandchildren; Raegan Bellenger, Jacob Moore, Tyler Andrews, and Amanda Culwell; and five great-grandchildren; MaeBeth, Whit, Kynleigh, Caroline, and Rylee, two sisters; Helen Fulcher and Betty Cantrell, and one brother; Horace Thompson.

Marie is preceded in death by her husband; William “Buck” Andrews and her parents; Bert Reuben Thompson and Dora Mae (Still) Thompson, and several brothers and sisters.

A visitation will be held for family and friends at Kilgroe Funeral Home on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 2:30 until 3:30 with the service following in the chapel at 3:30 p.m. Interment will be at New Hope Cemetery in Pell City.
