He was a Deacon at Wilsonville Baptist Church where he sang in the choir and made several mission trips to Honduras. He also sang in The Cavaliers Gospel Group and was a member of a bowling league. James also served his country in the U.S. Army.
The family of Jim McCombs would like to give a special thanks to the Hawk family for all of the love and support they have shown to Mr. Jim and Mrs. Ruth.
