Timothy "Wade" Morris

A Celebration of Life Service for Wade will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at The Church of the Highlands, Greystone Campus, 1701 Lee Branch Lane, Birmingham, AL 35242.

Wade graduated from Samford University, Birmingham in May 1990 with the Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He was ordained for the Gospel Ministry on June 6, 1993 at Fielder Road Baptist. On December 17, 1993, he received his Master of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

While in seminary, Wade formed Wade Morris Ministries and continued to minister to people worldwide for over 30 years. He faithfully proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ to thousands of people every year through student conferences, camps, special events, and church revivals.

Wade loved his Lord and Savior, his family, and friends dearly as he lived out his passion for people to know Jesus. He married his beloved wife, Deborah Ann Morris, in June 1993, and she has been unwavering in her love and support for Wade and his ministry throughout their marriage.

In addition to his wife, Wade is survived by his daughters, Eden Morris and Trinity Morris; his mother, Susie Culver; two sisters, Selina Maddox and Laura King; and one brother, Chris Culver.
