Known to friends and family as the Austrian "Duchess," Paulina loved to cook Austrian dishes, sew, discuss politics and current events, travel, and create beautiful needle point art. She traveled the world and had a unique ability to paint pictures of the numerous places she had lived and visited in vivid detail with her soft, Austrian accent. She had an infectious personality, warm smile, and kind heart, and she was loved by all who knew her.
Paulina was preceded in death by her son, William Ray Gregory Jr., and one daughter, Paulina Jean "PJ" Gregory Healy.
Survivors include Paulina's daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Roger Bridges of Birmingham, Alabama; godchild, Irmgard "Weiby" Witti of Gutenstein; and two grandchildren, William Ray "Trey" Gregory III and Christopher Sean Gregory.
The family expresses warmest appreciation to Jan for her friendship, love, and support. Special thanks to Freadshandra, Kiara, and the entire team at Danberry at Inverness for their loving care.
