He was born in Pelham, Alabama on March 19, 1958, to John Daniel & Lorene Headley. On July 1, 1977, he married the love of his life, Debra, and they were blessed with three children.
His parents and his brother, Jimmy Lynn, precede Mike in death.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife of almost 46 years, Debra Headley; his three children, Angela Torres (Jose), April Jimenez (Alberto), and Mary Hartley (Jennifer Valentine); his grandchildren, Adrian Pilkington, Sommar Jimenez, and Mario Headley; and his great-grandson, Haygen Jimenez. His siblings, Sally Dunaway and Tommy Cline; his dog, Saddie Headley; and a host of friends and family also survive him.
A visitation will be held at Ridout’s Southern Heritage Funeral Home on Saturday, June 17, 2023, from 1:00 – 2:00 pm with a memorial service beginning at 2:00 pm.
