He was born in Montevallo, Alabama on October 7, 1945, to the late John Thomas Northcutt, Sr and Ada Melvina Burnett Northcutt. Kenneth attended Jemison High School and worked at Rast Construction Company. He was a member of Sun View Baptist Church and had a strong love for God and his family, who he adored. He always wanted to make others smile and laugh, and he loved telling jokes. Kenneth had a knack for finding bargains, whether it was while purchasing a car or going to yard sales.
He is preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, John Thomas Northcutt, Jr., Clyde Northcutt, James Northcutt, and Cecil Northcutt; and two sisters, Effie May Day and Marie Killingsworth.
Left to cherish his memory is his adoring wife of over 57 years, Mary L. Northcutt; three sons, Keith Northcutt, Heath Northcutt, and Dewey Northcutt; five grandchildren, Chase Northcutt, Cody Northcutt, Amber Northcutt, Destiny Northcutt, and D.J. Northcutt; and two sisters, Lynn Bush and Sue Cox.
