Julia Ronilo Lucia, 92 of Fairfield, AL passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019. Julia was dedicated to serving her family within the home. She greatly enjoyed maintaining her garden. She grew up in Wylam and was married to Jake Lucia, a U.S. Steel worker, in 1945.
Mrs. Lucia is preceded in death by her husband, Jake Lucia and her two sons, Johnny Lucia and David Lucia; her siblings, Edward Ronilo, Mike Ronilo, John Ronilo, Helen (Mrs. Robert “Pete” Jones), and Carl Ronilo. She is survived by her grandsons, Jason Lucia (Andi), Adam Lucia (Lauren), Philip Lucia and many nieces and nephews.
The celebration of Julia’s life will be at 11am on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Southern Heritage Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 10am.
