Jean was born in Beverly, New Jersey on August 5, 1932. She grew up and graduated from Beverly High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Palmer III (Bill) and her brother, Frank Perkins.
She is survived by her sons, Bill Palmer(Toni), John Palmer(Stephanie), Jim Palmer, daughters, Terri Carroll(John), Jean Marie Camp(Bill), Joanne Carroll(Bob), and Dianne Williams(Drake). She is also survived by a brother, Tom Perkins.
16 Grandchildren, and 1 Great grandchild.
Jean loved playing golf and bingo, and was a longtime member of Our Lady of the Valley parish and the Ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed volunteering at Shelby Ridge Nursing Home.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held Friday, October 6, 2023 at 10 a.m. at Southern Heritage Cemetery.
