Knollwood Baptist Church 1968-71
Jo Ann, we were in Alice Bovender’s SS class together.  We went to Indonesia in early 1972.  Our furniture was stored and moved several times.  Once, when our refrigerator didn’t survive, you and Finlay sent us a generous  donation to buy another one.  We surely did appreciate that!  Fresh vegetables and meat were available only in a large open market downtown, so shopping was done only once a week.  Refrigeration was crucial.                                                                          We had wondered if you were still at Lake Norman, but I didn’t find anyone who would know.  Our youngest son, Andy & his family lived in Pelham for awhile some years back. Now our children are scattered around the world.  Only the oldest,  Dan & his family live in the USA, Texas.
    We retired in 2001 & had the good fortune to be able  to buy a house directly across the street from KBC’s front doors.  It is a wonderful church!
