Eli James Oldham passed peacefully in the arms of his mommy and daddy at 2:40 p.m. on January 8, 2019. He was a strong little boy with blonde hair just like his daddy.
Eli fought very hard during his time on this earth. We will always cherish the precious time that God gave our family to have with him.
Eli leaves behind his parents, Jamie and Rebecca Oldham; three sisters, Emily Ann Oldham, Allie Elizabeth Oldham, and Hollie Marie Oldham; and grandparents, Gerald and Sandra Oldham ("Pops" and "Nana") and Jay and Becky Fanguy ("Papa Jay" and "Honey").
Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Riverchase United Methodist Church in Birmingham, Alabama, immediately followed by A Service of Celebration at 1 p.m. at the church. Interment will be at Southern Heritage Cemetery in Pelham, Alabama. Pastor Wes Savage will officiate.
We would like to thank all of the staff at Brookwood Hospital and the RNICU at UAB Hospital for the loving and compassionate care you all provided for our son.
