Diane was predeceased by her parents and husband, Samuel Anthony Sciara, Sr.
Survivors include two daughters, Tina (Larry) Florence and Michelle (Todd) Harrell; two sons, Samuel Anthony (Pam) Sciara, Jr. and Frankie (Misty) Sciara; nine grandchildren, Blake (Chelsea), India, Austin, Danielle, Vincent, Payton, Pow, Ella, and Sofiya; great-grandchildren, Parker and Hudson; two sisters, JoAnn Simonetti and Rosemary (Danny) Monk; one brother, Michael (Becky) Deonna; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. on Sat., Jan. 5, 2019 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Montevallo, AL, immediately followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham, AL. Father Cook and Father Keiser will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may go to Alzheimer's of Central Alabama in honor of Diane D. Sciara.
