Cindy Edwards Myers

Cindy was born to Dr. John and Jeanne Edwards on March 5, 1950, in Birmingham, Alabama. She met her husband, Charles Baxter Myers, III ("Charlie'), while working for Hancock Fabrics. They married on May 14, 1971, and went on to have six children, Chad, Ginger, Carrie, John, Adam, and David.

Cindy attended Crossbridge Community Church. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading, and knitting. She loved asking questions about and listening to absolutely anything and everything going on in the lives of her children and grandchildren. Cindy had a steadfast faith in God and especially loved the times she spent studying the Bible with friends in her home. She will be remembered for her friendliness, laughter, and artistic abilities.

Cindy is preceded in death by her daughter, Carrie, and her parents. She is survived by her husband, Charlie; her sister, Pam Barrett; her children, Chad, Ginger, John, David, and Adam; twelve grandchildren, Chase, Jeb, Will, Zack, Emma Kate, Avery, Tucker, Garrett, Eli, Evan, Addeline, and Blakely; and one great-grandchild, Cyrus.

Due to Covid-19, services will be announced and held at Crossbridge Community Church in Helena, Alabama, once the family has determined a date.
