Charlotte was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was employed as an administrative assistant at Samford University in Birmingham, AL, and later at Briarwood Presbyterian Church.
Charlotte, called "Bobbi" by her family members, was predeceased by her parents. Survivors include her husband, James K. Fleagle; one son, William F. "Bill" Fleagle (Leigh Ann); one daughter, Melissa H. Fleagle; four grandchildren, William J. Fleagle, Jonathan I. Fleagle, Elena L. Fleagle, and Juliana P. Fleagle; one sister, Wilma S. Skaggs (Patrick); and one nephew, Neil Skaggs.
The Celebration of Charlotte's Life will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL. Burial, Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham. An announced visitation has not been scheduled.
