She was predeceased by her husband, Winston M. Boutwell.
Survivors include Bobbie's daughter, Peggy Sue Duncan (Tommy); son, Daniel Burt Boutwell (Irma); five grandchildren, Nikki Duncan, Joel Duncan (Megan), Daniel Boutwell, Jacqueline Amacker (Jarrod), and Justin Rowe; and four great-grandchildren, Baines Duncan, McCartney Fishbaugh, Rowan Duncan, and Fordham Duncan.
Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama. The gravesite committal service will also be on Thursday, September 6, 2018 and will begin at 2 p.m. at Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo.
