She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Guy Lawson. She is survived by her 3 children, Lecil (Corinne) Lawson, Janice (Charles) Atwater and Denise (Freddie) Roberson. 5 Grandchildren: Jennifer (Kenny) Wolff, Valerie Walker, Sandra (Brian) Spann, Christopher (Laura) Hyche and Heath (Michelle) Channell. 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by brothers Elmer L. Ingram and Kenneth Ingram and sister, Ruby Keeton. Surviving siblings, Opal Farley, Ralph Ingram, Horace Ingram and Lonnie Ingram.
She lived in Alabaster, Alabama, and was a member of First Baptist Church Alabaster. She was a devoted wife and mother and her greatest pleasure was when she had all her family with her. She taught us the meaning of love and commitment by example. Visitation will be Monday, February 22, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a chapel service to follow at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Adamsville, AL.
