CHILLICOTHE ~ William "Charlie" Griffith, 43, of Chillicothe, passed away at 7:36 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born May 23, 1970 in Flatwoods, Kentucky to David and Sandra Cannoy, Sr. He grew up and graduated from Greenup County High School and attended Ashland Community College.
Surviving are his mother, Sandra Cannoy of Flatwoods, Kentucky; his partner, Chris Tuttle of Chillicothe; two brothers, David Cannoy and Tom Kemper, both of Flatwoods, Kentucky; and many nieces and nephews.
His father preceded him in death.
Charlie enjoyed traveling, cooking and visiting flea markets and gift shops to collect antiques.
Charlie asked only for private services in his passing. Cremation rites will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
