Tyler G Ritchie

He was born March 22, 1989 in Seymour, Indiana to Marty and Stacie (Allen) Ritchie.

Surviving are his parents of Manito; one son, Brendan Ritchie; one daughter, Bailey Ritchie, both of Manito; three brothers, Derek (Alaina) Ritchie of Manito, Levi Ritchie of Manito and Corey (Alyssa) Ritchie of Peoria; Paternal grandfather, Elmer (Jane) Ritchie of Kingsport, Tennessee; paternal grandmother, Lily “Fern” Ritchie of North Vernon, Indiana; two nieces, Aaliya Ritchie and Michelle Lastres and one nephew, Jude Ritchie.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Tom Allen and Barb Durkin and one uncle, Kenneth Ritchie.

Tyler had worked for J Tec Industries in East Peoria as a welder for the last year. Prior to that, he had worked for Nostaw Inc. as a welder for several years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and sports, particularly the Indiana Pacers and the St. Louis Cardinals. He truly loved being with his children and family.

His memorial service will be on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. His uncle, Marty Allen will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:30 until 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
