Born November 20, 1959 in Peoria, she was the daughter of Samuel Leroy and Donna Mae (Dotter) Rieger.
Surviving are one daughter, Nichole Brown;one brother, Samuel Rieger and her friend, Deborah Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Christopher Rieger.
A homemaker, Sharon enjoyed coloring, reading, birdwatching and knitting. She loved sweets, a favorite being fruit cake.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no services.
