Born October 25, 1960 in Pekin to Ronald Carl and Phyllis (Gambrel) Selby, he married Faye Allen on January 5, 1993 in Pekin. She survives.
Also surviving are his parents of Goose Creek, South Carolina; one daughter, Danielle Selby of Marquette Heights; two brothers, Steve (Deborah) Selby of Springfield, Illinois and Phillip (Valentyna) Selby of Springfield, Missouri; and three sisters, April (Chuck) Benkiel of Streamwood, Kelley Lee of Goose Creek, and Angela (Paul) Gullick of Beaufort, South Carolina.
His son, Jeremy Selby, preceded him in death.
He enjoyed fishing and drawing.
His memorial service will be at noon Saturday, June 12, 2010at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Cremation will be accorded.
