Robert DeWayne Foust Sr.

Born March 12, 1957 in Peoria to William and Mary (Padget) Foust, he married Linda Eslinger, they were married 43 years. She survives.

Also surviving are one son, Robert (Jamie) Foust Jr. of Mapleton; two grandchildren, Chase and Parker Foust, both of Mapleton; six bothers; three sisters and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one niece, Monica and two nephews, Logan and BJ.

Robert had worked as a laborer and worked in the hardware department at Morton Buildings for 42 years.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Robert enjoyed watching Western’s and true crime shows. He also thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandsons.

A gathering celebrating Robert’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
