Randy Lynn Potts Jr.

He was born December 6, 1982 in Pekin to Randy Lynn and Rebecca L. (Brownfield) Potts, Sr. He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents; one aunt; several uncles and two cousins.

Surviving are one daughter, Kalina Potts of Marquette Heights; his mother and stepfather, Rebecca and Walter Musgrave of Marquette Heights; two sisters, Jennifer Brownfield of Normandale and Crystal Potts of Pekin; four stepbrothers, Mike(Janene) Musgrave of Utah, Brett (Melissa) Musgrave of Marquette Heights, Nate (Elizabeth) Musgrave of Utah and Ryan Turner of Peoria; several nieces and nephews and one great-niece.

Randy had worked at various manufacturing jobs in the area.

A kind hearted person, who enjoyed spending time with family, especially his daughter. He also enjoyed watching sports and playing baseball in his youth.

Randy’s kindness will continue for he was a Gift of Hope donor.

A gathering celebrating Randy’s life will be Saturday, August 27, 2022 beginning at 1 p.m. at Paul Towne Memorial Amvets Post #169 in North Pekin.

Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family for his daughter, Kalina.
