Marjorie H. Lindsey

She was born April 25, 1915 in Matherville, IL to James and Mae (Boman) Hailstone. She married Euell Lindsey June 5, 1938 in Carbondale. He passed away June 11, 2007 in Pekin. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Laura LaBundy, one brother, Harold Hailstone, and one sister, Agatha Carr.

Survivors include one daughter, Suzanne (Larry) Larkin of Lake Geneva, WI, one son, David (Ginny) Lindsey of Joplin, MO, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Marjorie was a Nurse at the Pekin Hospital for many years.

She was a six year Red Cross Bloodmobile volunteer, a Cub Scout den mother in Green Valley, a Girl Scout Leader in Pekin, and taught home-nursing for the Red Cross during WWII. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Pekin, the Eastern Star in Magnolia, the Pekin Registered Nurses, and the Pekin Garden Club.

Funeral services will be Friday April 19, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Davison-Fulton Woolsey Funeral Home in Pekin. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Canton.
