Marcia Lee Hoehn

Born June 24, 1954 in Springfield to Marshall and Francilla (Wallingford) Hocking, she married David Scott Hoehn on January 15, 1972 in Green Valley. He died January 12, 1975. She also was preceded in death by her parents and one infant son, Jason Hoehn.

Surviving are two sons, Chad (Valerie) Hoehn and David Hoehn, both of South Pekin; three granddaughters, Brittany Meeker of Pekin, Jessica Hoehn of Manito and Justine (Justin) DeBoer of Pekin; nine great-grandchildren and one sister, Pat (John) Reed of Springfield.

Marcia worked as a waitress and bartender, last as a waitress at Denny’s in North Pekin from 2001 to 2014. She formerly had worked at the Par-A-Dice.

She enjoyed music and was a Marilyn Monroe fan.

Her memorial visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, August 6, 2021 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no service.
