Born May 3, 1960 in Pekin to Phil and Joann (Davis) Bearden, she married Brian Rochester on September 25, 1981 in Pekin. He survives.
Also surviving are her mother, Joann Bearden of Nixa, MO; her father, Phil Bearden of Pekin; one daughter, Lauren (Josh) Freehill of Peoria; two grandchildren, Parker Freehill and Sawyer Freehill and two brothers, Todd Bearden and Bob Bearden, both of Pekin.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Eric Bearden and her grandparents.
Leslie spent her days taking care of her grandchildren, giving them lots of love and cookies.
Her smile and laughter could light up a room and she spent her life selflessly caring for others. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.
Her visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 11, 2016 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Cremation will be accorded following the visitation.
