Larry Lee Gale, 60, of Pekin, passed away at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 2017 at his residence. He was born December 14, 1956 in Pekin to Robert Dean and Beverly June Bond Gale. They preceded him in death.
Surviving are his brothers and sisters: Raymond D. (Sharon) Gale of Pekin, Thomas Dean Gale of Mapleton, Linda Gale of Pekin, Andrew (Connie) Gale of Pekin, Maryann Gale of Avon, Illinois; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Gale.
Larry served in the United States Army and later worked at Watkins Marina in Pekin for many years. He enjoyed fishing, frisby golf, and hunting mushrooms.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Normandale Reformed Church in Pekin April 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Military Honors will be held after the service all are welcome to join for the service as well as a lunch following.
