He was born October 4, 1949 in Peoria to John Warren and Dorothy (Ford) Miller. His parents preceded him in death.
Surviving are his three sons, Patrick Miller of Peoria, Andrew Miller of St. Louis, Missouri and Brian Miller of Morton; and two sisters, Karolyn Virden and Suzie Miller, both of Pekin.
Kenneth was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He had worked as a medical administrator at OSF for many years.
Kenneth liked to read non-fiction and political books as well as draw and paint.
No services are planned at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
