PEORIA ~ Kelly Sue Fulton, 54, of Peoria, passed away at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, January 19, 2023 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was a member of the act team of Peoria IL through The Human Service Center. Kelly was a suicide attempt survivor where she spent the remainder of her life telling her story to help others.
She was born August 7, 1968 in Linwood California to James and Carol (Bender) Fulton.
Surviving are sister, Kimberly Fulton of Chillicothe; one brother, John Burnett of Peoria, one sister in law Cynthia Burnett of Wisconsin. 3 Nephews, 4 Neices. 3 Great Neices and 3 Great Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Mickey Burnett, one neice Jill Burnett.
Celebration of Life to be announced. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
Memorial contributions may be given to the charity Suicide Awareness.
