She was born August 24, 1947 in Pekin to James E. and Donna L. (Reed) Cornwell. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Patrina Blake; one brother, James E. Cornwell, Jr.; one sister, Donna R. Smith and one nephew, James K. Hasty.
Surviving are one daughter, Patricia Cornwell of Gibson City; many grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many nephews and nieces, including Glenda Craig, Kim Nix and Donna Lynn Hasty and many great-nephews and great-nieces.
Kathy had worked at Libby’s in Morton for many years.
She loved babies, young children and animal. She enjoyed playing cards, board games and coloring.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
