Judy K Wagner

She was born October 20, 1948 in Pekin to Wendell James and Wilma (Zimmerman) Dorsey.

Surviving are one son, Clint (Janet Wright) Wagner of Pekin; one daughter, Shari (Chris) Sweeney of Marquette Heights; her mother, Wilma Dorsey of Pekin; seven grandchildren, Chelton Wagner, Ashley (Kevin) Lagage, Carl Spires, Lucas Spires, Cameron Sweeney, Elijah Sweeney, and Zoey Sweeney; four great-grandchildren, Hailey, Lilah, Aaliya, and Jaxson; and one sister, Vicki (Bruce) Miller of Hopedale.

She was preceded in death by her father and one great-granddaughter, Alexa.

Judy had worked for the Illinois Department of Human Services in Pekin as a caseworker for many years and later worked at the Tazewell County Health Department.

She attended Grace Baptist Church in Tremont.

Judy was very devoted to her family. She loved to watch all sports and was a Chicago Cubs fan. She enjoyed volunteering at Living Alternatives Pregnancy Resource Center in Pekin.

Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Josh Beutow will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
