She was born March 9, 1959 in Pekin to Wendell Gene and Virginia Rae (Brown) Harmon. Her mother preceded her in death.
Surviving are her father, Gene Harmon of Pekin and one brother, Michael (Lisa) Harmon of Washington.
Jeanne worked for Ozark/TWA Airlines and Advanced Technology Services during her career as a payroll administrator.
She enjoyed making ceramics, flower arrangements, playing softball and loved her cats and dogs.
Her memorial service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor Eric Swanson will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
