Jackie C Barnum

He was born July 30, 1950 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to Wayne and Mildred (Presley) Barnum. They preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, Cuyler Barnum and one sister, Kathie Barnum.

Surviving are one son, Jack L. (Jennifer) Barnum of Pekin; one daughter, Carol (Carl) Lingenfelser of Osceola, Missouri; two grandchildren, Carter Barnum of Pekin and Breanne Lingenfelser of Osceola, Missouri and four siblings, Charlie (Cindy) Barnum, Karen Sidell, Alan (Chris) Barnum and Linda Tindall.

Jack worked for the Laborers’ Local 231 in Pekin, retiring in 2004 and a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie #1869 in Pekin.

He enjoyed fishing, crosswords and playing Euchre. Jack was also an NASCAR fan and he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.

There will be no services. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
