He was born January 13, 1956 in Peoria to Harold and Elizabeth (Abbey) Taylor.
Surviving are five siblings, Thomas Bowers of Pekin, Lester (Jane) Bowers of Peoria, Susan Sweet of Wisconsin, Bobby Taylor of Peoria and Billy Taylor of Wisconsin and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Cheryl Chavez and Debbie Taylor.
Harold was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He worked as a laborer for Local Union 165 in Peoria for 30 years before retiring.
Harold enjoyed hanging out with his best friend, Paul.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Inurnment will be at Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
