Born September 3, 1963 in Pekin, he was the son of Howard E. and Janice C. (Gouran) Seelye. His parents preceded him in death. He also was preceded in death by one brother, Marty E. Seelye.
Surviving are two brothers, Howard W. Seelye of Pekin and Robert C. “Bob” (Melinda) Seelye of Hopewell.
He also leaves his girlfriend of many years, Tammy Edwards.
Gary worked as a self-employed tree trimmer.
He loved fishing and his family.
No services or visitation are planned. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
